One of our college daughters was home recently so the youngest joined us for a quick mid-week road trip… we drove a few hours, the other college kids drove a few hours and we met up in the middle for dinner and a walk through Trader Joe’s. After two full hours of serving, we were tired and hungry and thus enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch at Eddie V.’s in Plano before heading home and putting on our comfy clothes.
